I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. With over 4 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked in both private practice and non-profit organizations, serving a diverse community. My population of choice includes working with women’s issues (parenting, stress), Latinx families, trauma recovery, acculturation challenges, and adolescent mental health.

I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT). Additional trainings and experience have been focused on helping individuals managing anxiety, process grief and childhood trauma, and learn emotional regulation. I also integrate expressive arts, experiential activities, and mindfulness techniques to support healing and personal growth.
